    What payment methods do you accept? Is your checkout secure?

    We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Our checkout is powered by Stripe, a highly secure and widely trusted payment platform. WE DO NOT STORE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION.  

    Do you offer Free Shipping?

    Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders of $35 or more. Flat Rate: $4.90 for all orders under $35.

    How soon should I expect to receive my order?

    Can I track my order?

    Yes! You'll automaticaly receive a tracking code by e-mail once your order is processed.

    What delivery service ships out your orders?

    Carrier USPS.

    Is there any shipping restrictions?

    In accordance with New York State's legal age verification laws, we do not ship certain weight loss or muscle-building products to customers in this state at this time.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

    What is your Refund Policy?

    You may return an order within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the following cases: damaged or defective products, incorrect items received, expired or nearly expired products, product recall or adverse reactions. Refunds can be issued as a replacement product (at no additional cost), store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, depending on your choice.     How do I make a change to an order I've already placed?

    Our shipping process begins shortly after you place your order, so changes or cancellations are generally not available. Please contact our customer service team via phone or email for further assistance.

    How do I place a larger order for resale within my business?

    If you’re interested in placing a larger order for resale, please contact us to create a retailer account and access our product catalog.

    Do I need to sign up on your website to purchase products online?

    No, you can make purchases as a guest. However, registering for an account allows you to store your address for future use and view your order history.

    My email, address or credit card has changed, how do I update it?

    As a registered Benaphyll customer, you can log into your account and update your all your information. Please note, we do not store credit card information.

    Benaphyll products are available on our website, as well as through various online retailers and health food stores.

    Are all Benaphyll products available on your website?

    We offer a wide range of superfoods and skincare products to support various wellness needs. Most of these products are available on our website, but some are exclusively available through our retail partners.
